This isn’t just a course, it’s a movement.
The Trans Osteo was created to challenge the way trans and non-binary people are treated in healthcare and to give practitioners the skills and understanding to be part of that change. Inclusion shouldn’t be an add-on it should be built in.
Led by Someone Who Truly Gets It
I’m Alister, a registered osteopath, experienced educator, and proud trans man with over 15 years in manual therapy. I’ve been the patient and the practitioner. I know the discomfort of feeling unseen in a clinic and the power of being treated with genuine respect. This course brings together clinical expertise and lived experience to offer practical, honest, and deeply human training that goes beyond theory.
My Vision and Mission
I believe in a world where transgender individuals are treated with equality, fairness, and dignity where accessing healthcare doesn’t come with fear, judgement, or the burden of having to educate your practitioner just to be seen.
As a proud trans man and healthcare professional, I’ve experienced both sides of the table. That’s why I’ve made it my mission to raise awareness in the medical and manual therapy communities about the real lives, challenges, needs, and rights of transgender people.
Trans and non-binary patients deserve more than tolerance, they deserve informed, respectful, and inclusive care.
I want you to be part of that mission.
Together, we can create a future where every clinic is a safer space. Where every patient is treated as a whole person. Where healthcare professionals feel equipped, not awkward and where inclusion is the standard, not the exception.
Let’s lead that change with compassion, confidence, and pride.
