Associate Osteopath job in Norfolk. Percentage fee share or  Salaried based on experience. 

Are you a passionate and confident associate Osteopath with brilliant communication skills who is  looking to take over a full time established list with excellent remuneration? If so, we would really  love to hear from you.

What we need:  

● Confident, professional, motivated, structural osteopath with good joint manipulation  techniques.

● Excellent communication skills, and an ability to easily put patients at ease.

● Ability to work autonomously, but to know that you have the full support of the Clinic  Director whenever you need it.

What we offer you:  

Competitive package at £44K per annum full time (or pro rata part time). This could also be a  percentage based contract, negotiable on experience.

Fully comprehensive onboarding with mentoring provision.

Generous contribution towards CPD costs, along with the opportunity to fulfil some of the  CPD commitments within the clinics.

Flexible holiday allowance and scheduling.

For the right candidate there is potential to buy equity in the clinics in the future.

The Clinics:  

You will work across 2 rural Norfolk clinics located in the highly desirable market towns of  Swaffham and Holt in North Norfolk.

There is a combined list of over 6K patients shared between yourself and the Clinic Director. With  over 30 years experience, and over 15 years in Norfolk, we have an outstanding reputation.

We pride ourselves on our professionalism and expertise. With excellent communication skills we  immediately put patients at ease and make them feel listened to, and valued. We have a strong  commitment to making them feel the absolute best they can be.

The Area: 

Swaffham is a traditional market town located in central Norfolk, located 30 minutes west of  Norwich. It is surrounded by beautiful countryside with numerous excellent country pubs and

historic country estates. Holt is a beautiful Georgian town with a famous prep school. It is one of  the most desirable towns in Norfolk.

Our clinics are located at the heart of the respective towns, and have easy access to the stunning  north Norfolk coast, famous for its long sandy beaches, beautiful country walks, coastal towns  and huge Norfolk skies.

Apart from having access to both beautiful countryside and coast you will also have easy access  to the fabulous city of Norwich, renowned for its historic buildings, excellent shopping, food  scene, the arts, and its universities.

The cost of living in Norfolk is lower than the surrounding counties of Suffolk and Cambridgeshire  yet the quality of life is often mentioned in the media.

There are excellent regional and international travel links, with Cambridge (less than1 hour) and  London (less than 2 hours) being within easy reach.
