Job Description
Join Our Growing Team at Joint Health Space.
Are you an Associate Osteopath looking for a role where you can thrive, grow, and truly make a difference?
At Joint Health Space, we are more than just a clinic, we are a team of professionals dedicated to helping people move, feel, and live better.
Based in Mansfield, Nottinghamshire, we are a newly established multidisciplinary clinic offering Osteopathy, Physiotherapy, Sports Massage, Nutrition, and Acupuncture.
We are looking for an ambitious, client-focused Associate Osteopath to join us; someone who is eager to build their practice within a supportive and like-minded team.
Who We Are
Joint Health Space was founded by Craig Oswald and Julia Crone, both with a deep-rooted passion for movement, health, and performance. Having owned and run a Functional Fitness facility for over a decade, we built our ethos around "Live Life Better"; helping individuals to not just exist, but to thrive as they age.
This clinic is an extension of that vision. We’ve created a space where like-minded professionals can grow, collaborate, and offer high-quality, personalised care. As new clinic owners, we are opening our doors to practitioners who have the right mindset, tools, and understanding to make a real impact on our clients’ lives.
What You Can Expect:
A multidisciplinary team to collaborate with, including Physiotherapy, Sports Massage, Nutrition, and Acupuncture.
A supportive and welcoming environment where you can develop your practice.
A commitment to marketing and promotion to help grow your client base.
A part-time support team to manage admin and appointments, so you can focus on patient care.
Training on Cliniko for seamless record-keeping.
The potential to offer massage services as part of your role to help build your client base (if desired).
What We’re Looking For:
A fully qualified BSc Osteopath (any postgraduate specialisms are welcome, including Cranial or Paediatric Osteopathy, though not essential).
GOSc registration (preferred).
A passionate and patient-focused approach to care.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently.
Flexibility to meet client demand.
Personal insurance, First Aid certification, and DBS check.
Eligibility to work in the UK.
Why Join Us?
At Joint Health Space, we don’t just want practitioners—we want people who share our vision for health and wellbeing. We believe in growing together, both as a team and as a clinic. If you’re looking for a place where you’ll be supported, valued, and encouraged to develop, we’d love to hear from you.
We are happy to answer any questions or have a chat about the role.
